Sugar Scrubs exfoliate your skin .

Sugar granules are  rounder and less abrasive than salt, making them a gentile exfoliant (still very effective).  Suagr scrubs are a decadent way to exfoliate. From the unmistakable aroma to the rich texture, a sugar scrub evokes a sense of ritual in your skin care routine. 

A sugar scrub works by physically and manually exfoliating the skin. The benefits of exfoliating your body including breaking down and removing dead skin cells from the top layers of the skin to reveal healthy skin cells (and texture) beneath. The scrubbing is ideal for stimulating and increasing blood circulation for a healthy glow. 

Sugar scrubs are excellent for your lips too, but would not recommend on the face as the skin is very delicate on the face and neck. 

At Butterfly Creek we make an emulsified sugar scrub so it acts like a typical sugar scrub but lathers like a soap and provides conditioning agents like a body lotion (3 steps in one!). This is a great combination and wonderful for people who don't want a million steps while they are in the shower.

Sugar,  sodium cocyl isethionate (from coconut fatty acids), cocamidopropyl betaine (fatty acid made from coconut), sodium lauryl sulfoacetate (made from coconut and palm oil), beeswax, beef tallow, cocoa butter, glycerine, sunflower oil, stearic acid (fatty acid), germall plus (formaldehyde -free preservative), fragrance, mica.
